This Privacy Policy describes how VOYAGI PTE. LTD., 120 Robinson Road #13-01, Singapore 068913 (“Feva,” “VOYAGI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects and processes information about you.
It applies to websites, mobile applications, digital products, and offline services made available by us that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Use.
Information we collect
Information you provide
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect your email address, username, date of birth, profile details, avatar, gender, User Content such as chat messages and voice recordings, and the contents of communications with us. Certain features may not be available if you do not provide required information.
Information collected automatically
We and our vendors may use cookies, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to collect browser and device type, operating system, internet service provider, domain, access times, referring and exit pages, page views, IP address, device identifiers, general location, app version, usage frequency, and interactions with the Services.
We use these technologies to operate and personalize the Services, remember preferences, secure accounts, understand usage, measure campaigns, and improve our products. You may be able to reject cookies in your browser, but some features may then work differently or become unavailable.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from referrals, service providers, and third-party sign-in accounts such as Apple or Google, consistent with the permissions you grant. Connecting a third-party account is optional. You can revoke access through that provider, though we may retain information previously collected where permitted by law.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide, administer, secure, and personalize the Services;
- communicate with you and respond to questions, feedback, or support requests;
- analyze, maintain, measure, improve, and develop services and features, including training artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, criminal activity, and security incidents;
- comply with law, legal process, and contractual obligations and protect the rights, property, privacy, and safety of VOYAGI, our users, and others; and
- carry out another purpose disclosed when the information is collected.
We may combine information from the Services with information from other sources. We may aggregate or de-identify information and use or disclose the resulting data for lawful purposes, including research, analytics, and marketing.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- Affiliates that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with VOYAGI;
- Vendors and service providers that support hosting, data storage, AI models, customer service, security, analytics, fraud prevention, legal services, and marketing;
- Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or regulatory requests, enforce agreements, prevent harm, or protect rights and safety;
- Transaction participants in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; and
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
Analytics and tailored advertising
We may use analytics providers, including Google Analytics, to understand use of the Services. You can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Although we do not engage in advertising as of this Policy’s date, future advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to measure campaigns or tailor content.
General opt-out resources include the Network Advertising Initiative, Digital Advertising Alliance, and European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance. Opting out of tailored advertising does not necessarily remove all advertising.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages. We may still send administrative notices. Browser and device controls may allow you to limit cookies, analytics, and advertising identifiers.
Depending on your location, you may ask us to:
- explain the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information;
- provide access to or a copy of information we hold about you;
- correct outdated or inaccurate information;
- delete, restrict, or transfer certain information;
- stop direct marketing or certain profiling and targeted advertising;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or
- appeal a decision we make about a privacy request where applicable.
Some information may be exempt from a request, including information needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or delivery of the Services. We may verify your identity and an authorized agent’s authority before acting. To submit a request, email [email protected].
Regional disclosures
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
VOYAGI is the controller of personal data processed under this Policy. Where applicable, we rely on contractual necessity, consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. Legitimate interests include providing customer service, improving and securing the Services, preventing fraud, managing legal matters, and appropriate promotion. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California
In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, general geolocation, audio or visual information, User Content, and inferences. Sensitive information may include account credentials and information you voluntarily reveal in User Content. We collect this information from you, your use of the Services, service providers, and other users for the purposes described above.
Some analytics or advertising activity may constitute “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You may exercise access, correction, deletion, portability, and applicable opt-out rights by contacting us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16 and do not use sensitive personal information for purposes subject to the CCPA’s right to limit.
Nevada and browser signals
Nevada residents may request to opt out of covered sales by emailing us with the subject “Nevada Do Not Sell Request.” We do not currently sell personal information as defined by Nevada law. We do not respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals because no consistent industry standard currently applies.
Children
The Services are not designed for anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided personal information, we will close the account and delete that information as required by law.
Retention & security
Security
We use technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate.
Chat content must be processed by VOYAGI and our AI-model, infrastructure, and safety providers to generate replies, operate the Services, enforce safety rules, and perform the uses described in this Policy. Chat content is therefore not represented as end-to-end encrypted between you and a character. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies according to the nature of the information, its use, and your choices, after which we may delete or aggregate it.
You may delete your account in the App. Account deletion is permanent and may remove your profile, favorites, memories, search history, chats, interaction data, and access to associated products and services. Information may be retained where required or permitted by law.
International transfers
Our Services are global. Information may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Third-party links and policy changes
Third-party sites and services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, our practices, or the Services. We will update the date shown above and provide legally required notice of material changes.
